MOBILITY

An open level class, suitable for practitioners of all experience levels.  Explore finding a greater range of motion while engaging & lengthening muscles in a variety of postures and movements. 

strength

A challenging class utilizing various techniques to emphasize specific muscle engagement to increase/maintain strength in the body.  Optional use of hand weights and floor slides.

EXPLORATORY

This class changes each week and will not necessarily be a physical asana practice. The theme for each of these classes will be on the studio schedule.

stretch

An open level class, suitable for practitioners of all experience levels. There will be an emphasis on lengthening and stretching various aspects of your body. You will connect with your flexibility and how tightness may be expressed in your body.
